Outsourcing

Outsourcing (outside-resource-using) means taking the advantage of outside resources. The whole idea is to transfer tasks accomplishment, duties and processes to outside company that majors in the specific area. In brief we can define the term as “ Letting everyone do what they do best”.

Outsourcing is already known across the world.  In Poland the activity is quite new but it is constantly changing. At the moment the estimated number of economic entities that obtain services from outsourcing companies reaches 90% across the whole world. The value of it in 2001 counted over 318 billion USD  and still has a tendency to increase.

Outsourcing belongs to the most effective management strategies. Using the outside resources – from other entities – enables the production company to concentrate on its major activity, on achieving aims and performing duties. The great advantage of it is its influence on the cost reduction and improvement of our effectiveness.
